Use of Services

You agree to use ClearFlow Systems only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users.

Billing & Subscriptions

ClearFlow Systems provides subscription-based services. By purchasing a plan, you authorize ClearFlow Systems to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees and onboarding fees are non-refundable. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, and service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to use ClearFlow Systems for unlawful activities including fraud, harassment, spam, illegal robocalling, or violations of telecommunications laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

ClearFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or misuse the platform.

Communications

ClearFlow Systems may enable communications through phone calls, SMS messages, or email as part of lead capture, routing, and follow-up workflows configured by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper consent from recipients before sending automated communications.

Data Handling

ClearFlow Systems processes call and lead information solely for the purpose of delivering the services described. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect customer data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

No Guarantees

While ClearFlow aims to improve call handling and lead capture, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead conversion results.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearFlow Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by ClearFlow Systems are the property of ClearFlow Systems and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Termination

ClearFlow Systems may suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Customers may cancel their subscription according to the billing terms described above.

Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
